There are some programs that are being sold that incorporate spyware into their programs. Many people, if they don’t know about spyware would never know if it came with other software they may have acquired. This is a two fold way to insure that your computer does get infected.
Some of these companies include products as Bear Share, Bonzi Buddy, Dope Wars, Grokster, Kazaa, Morpheus, Radlight, Weatherbug, EDonkey 2000, Sony’s Extended Copy protection, just from the installation of the audio compact disc through the autorum. Other companies are Wild Tangent and Counterspy. If you have any of these downloadable software do not use them. If you have them and have used them already, find an anti spyware program quickly.
Try to stay away from these programs because they carry spyware and once you download them you can cause a lot of damage. Try to nip the problem before it begins, if you have never heard of the program before then do not install it onto your computer. If someone sends you an email and you don’t know whoa it’s from saying a great new program, delete it don not open it. Even if you are curious do not open them.
